BNB has defied gravity and defied market for last few months, giving astonishing returns of 500% approx.
This is on back of Binance rolling out one initiative after the other, such as DEX, IEO, Binance Chain etc.
Currently Binance faced industry's most troubled nightmare, that is, being hacked for 42mn. The amount is insignificant for binance, however, the impact on exchange's clean record took some damage.
Binance has lot to offer going forward and we believe that future is very bright for BNB as well. Few things to note are:
Margin trading coming out VERY soon Binance stable coin in works new Binance IEO to be announced soon lottery to continue, holding period will be substantially reduced
Each of these can and most likely will trigger upside for BNB. We have mentioned accumulation levels on the chart.
If BNB can be shorted, won't that create more sell pressure?

I think $15 is a good price, not sure if $18 will hold at the rate its falling. There's lot of uncertainty around when deposits/withdrawals will come back, if the hack was bigger than assumed, whether binance is actually selling BNB to cover lost BTC, etc. After things back to normal though, I see big things for this coin
