H&S patterns are only patterns once they are confirmed. The start of an H&S doesn't really mean anything.

@casdv, you're welcome, I've bet on a H&S in the past before it was confirmed, I got rekt :( Then I learned that it had to be fully confirmed to be H&S.. Hopefully this saves you from making the same mistake I made for the same reason.
