I feel most follow EMA than MA for bitcoin looking at its young nature. So 50 EMA is quite far from 200 around 600 usd difference even now. So, maybe still there can be a miracle but agreed tradionally death cross is referenced only with MA and not with other MA's. Institutions follow them very closely but in BTC world we really dont have institutions really so not sure will that cross really have an impact and thus bears will take full control of BTC.....for sure bears having huge upper hand even now..

@theshamik, EMA is fine if you only want bullish picture. 200 MA broke BTC path at 9200 and now the downward price movement is being pursued hard by 20 MA.

The US whales want to pump it and they have been trying but Asians not taking the bait. And without Asians they won't be able to pull it off. Asians want it to shed off all the overhead including all scam exchanges etc with BTC trading at 5K or lower. That's my take
