BITCOIN 1H - Short-Term expectations
Federal interest rates have increased -> USD gets stronger.
FED announced to closely watch the markets to avoid unwanted movement -> low volatility expected tomorrow (traders are waiting)
Bitcoin is more likely to test the 3500 support level than to start an upward ralley because of missing strengh above 4100.
A test of the 4100 resistance level is still possible, I would wait for a clear sell signal as marked in the chart. RSI is still neutral on this timeframe.
A further downward movement is unlikely because the situation in china is not expected to change over the weekend.
