@bagofXMR, Yup, but an INVERSE Cup & Handle can be preceded by an uptrend or downtrend.

To be fair this is ridiculously short term, they're usually formed over weeks, so it's not a super strong case

@Oops_I_Charted, Didn't know that inverse c&h could be preceded by both. You never end a day without learning something new.

@bagofXMR, Haha as soon as I posted that last comment I got the alert that it touched the line, I must have jinxed it when I said it wasn't a super strong case :)

I would wait and see what happens. It did bounce off another resistance line I was watching (on bitstamp at least, but bitstamp seems to be leading the pack when bitcoin is bearish):



I'm just going to look for some obvious signs that it wants to stay above that line before I close my short, otherwise I think it wants to touch 1130ish for some closure before it resumes the uptrend
