BTC short or long?♨️🤯😳

I still do not see any hope in the bitcoin chart.
The PULLBACK price seems to be breaking the line. This can be easily seen in the RSI as well.
If dumped, I will see a target of 30,000 for this currency.
But in the case of a pump, one can have an optimistic view.
I see 2 scenarios and I draw them (but the chart does not always go according to our idea).
Wait for the price reaction to the lines and enter after the price orientation.
