Hi Joe, thanks for your effort end explanation. Looking forward for the update. By the way by default fibs are log unchecked in settings, look for: "Fib levels based on log scale". Wondering if it should be checked for better precision.

@Zbojnik, ahh interesting thanks! In terms of the point I was making about "external relationships" (in other words measuring from the top or bottom of a move) changing the fib levels (extensions really) to log scale actually does work. What I wanted was to have the '2' extension basically show an equivalent move (% wise) from the top which is what your suggestion achieves. Perhaps we can call it a % based 'fib extension'. This label or distinction is kind of necessary as fib retracements (measuring a given move in terms of an adjacent counter-directional move), should not have this option checked, as $ values provide better information, which is the case whether we are talking about less than or greater than full retracements.
