Only 2.3% left for BIP91 (Segwit), so im pretty bullish on bitcoin :)

@jostitrade, BTC was bullish and near the breakout up before they annonce segwit activation on 1/8 to scare people to sell again and buy cheap coins . imo btc was always bullish with segwit or without it
