Here I go at length discussing training channels. Especially flattened trading channels. It is important to note that sideways action is important - at least as important as the uptrends and downtrends. In my last video I show a "support cloud" and a "resistance cloud" (Those are my terms, I've never seen anyone else use them) and they are built by sideways trading channels.
Here I get into that idea a little bit more and try and explain why historical data shows me they are important. It also may help explain why I think we are in one for the time being.

I apologize. I say that "COINBASE" is a new company for the 2015 time period. Thats not true... I meant the GDAX is a new exchange (which is operated by Coinbase).
I apologize for that little miss... when you're going off the cuff things like that can happen.
is that the accumulation/distribution line in blue? That is what I also use in coinigy and notice it keeps on rising despite the price dropping. Bullish sign isn't it?

That is what it would indicate, yes. That is indeed the accum/dist line in blue.
I certainly would expect one of two outcomes to bring it back to parity:
Heavy price increase
Heavy distribution increase
Something must give.

you forgot the side that thinks bitcoin is gonna die out completely already useless to use as a currency, and their are 3rd gen coins that have tons more benefits and features not to mention bch is poised to take over along with eth bitcoin is dying

That is also a view towards BTC. Although that wouldn't support the discussion of why volume would be increasing over that time period.

@nukenowakowski, what makes you think volume would be increasing, and not to mention the overly inflated and manipulated volume of btc that we've seen and are seeing we do not control the market the exchanges do and they propped up the price of bitcoin and can't do it much longer

@bikramganger, I think that volume indeed did decrease. Which is what I was discussing. There can be no opinion on historical fact. You can try and argue that volume WILL decrease, and that would be perfectly sensible to discuss - however in the video, I discussed historical volume.
Historically those (2) views are supported for the the volume increase. There could be more which were not mentioned.
