Folks, I want to be clear ... I believe we are in a bear market, very little doubt otherwise.
I have presented 2 scenarios, one being that we are going down to 6.9k or so as part of a wave E of a triangle wave, and the other saying we are in an impulse up and are just experiencing wave 2 which is a natural correction .... and that I believe that WAVE E (down) is the most probable scenario.
HOWEVER! I am fairly confident we will soon complete an inverse head and shoulders ... see the black pattern drawn ... and then what?? The neckline to head is over 600 points. The neckline is around 8500 ... it could potentially mean a rise to 9100!
I don't think the bulls will have the steam to do it ... but we need to keep an eye on this one, especially if you're holding alts ... selling at 8600 vs. 9100 would be a big deal.
We'll have to watch this one carefully.
