As the house is struggling to pass the new 2.2 trillion relief package, we will expect the tech bubble to slowly but gradually give up its air. As the election is coming up, I am expecting the election results to not be available until a month later, which will potentially create more uncertainty. A lot of weak hands will be wiped out as they always do... On the sidelines until the end of the year...
