These are my thoughts:
1. This (16000) is a perfect time to buy alts and set tight stoploss (ie, stoploss will be executed if btc break 16000 resistance level).
2. If we break 16000, look for price action around 20000. Two scenarios may happen: One is we have a bullish big green candle and we pass 20000 easily. In this case we hold btc. Another possibility is we meet strong resistance at 20000, we can expect 16000 to be the new support level.
3. My own suggestion: 4 hour chart is best for getting a general sense of how you should manage your portfolio for the upcoming week.
