I think the major run will trigger with BTCUSD finishing it's 1.618 Fib Circle, this translated here would mean to wait 3 or more 4H bars.

BTS is always very trick and hard, it is now below the MA50 and outside the 1.618 Circle Fib putting our target with low probability. But it is following the Circle Fib in uptrend. Make sure you have a moving stop loss pretty close, as it is going we may get out using the moving stop loss:
