Because a huge total supply of 100 b $ and the idee of this coin was more for fun...

@PB604, i haven't done my research on the coin so i can't say. i don't think it'll reach $1 anytime soon though. you'd prolly have to hold for 2 years

@zeffgotti, Well I do see where you are getting at but the fact that there are soo many cryptos already out three that have not been around since the Doge. Yes it is a meme coin but anything can be attached to a protocol as long as the hardcode is within. I see Doge $1 by the end of Summer maybe sooner. If you take a look in the bitshares and blocktrades network you can see it is very strong still and there is a need for these smaller transactions.. Now of course I don't think anything will outlive Steemit.
@zeffgotti, Touche.. I am currently in the middle of a giant disaster having my accounts hacked, so yes I need doge to go up to a dollar like yesterday.
