If you for the ETC to rise to target 1/2/3, we need the support from BTC I.e. a decrease in BTC/USDT

@Wetdog544, Hi there. From a mathematical view ETC/BTC is a fraction, hence it will increase if BTC decreases or remains constants as long as volumen is increasing wrt. ETC
