ETH long a bounce 1313 or 1300 or channel break

ETH is moving down inside a descending channel under DO and MO so strong resistance need to be face in order to get back up north, I still favour longing here at different level as i do with BTC 1) at break of the resistace DO, MO and the containing channel 2) a bounce up at 1313 3) a bounce up at 1300 ; either if i preferred to buy that does not means i am bullish but that i see a better local opportunity on the bullish side than the bearish side; RSI 15M is pointing up, 30M is oversold, 1H is pointing down to oversold area and 4H is oversold, so really a pull back down to 1313 or 1300 is possible as well a trial push to resistance, but i will wait for price to move and to get to my spot prior entering any trade; clearly a break down would invalidated the trade , a rebound at support need to be happened or a break out of resistance in oreder to validated the opportunity.
