It's not a exact pattern, It would be a close cypher if it came down to 78%.

well ac need a minimum of 1.13-1.272 xb a minimum of 0.382 so its far from all rules maybe if you expect the bounce on the 0.618 fibs would you just say " potential bounce on the ... fibs"
