You find below my analysis to Eur RUB. This pair is strictly correlated to oil prices. According to my set of rules, in the M30 frame EUR RUB will fall to 88,13 as I am showing in my chart.

a beautiful TP can be at 87.51 if doesn't close an 1H > 89.1
