With a weakening or neutral dollar because of continued Fed stimulus, I see the eur/usd following the trend up to the 1.4000 level by early next year.

Very much so especially when the Congress and Senate cant even agree on a budget or keep the govt running .......It all adds to a weak dollar and quantitative easing.
