Yeah, too much mental capital spent on a trade is not good for taking new trades.
I've closed out everything for Christmas now.
Just glad to have a methodology that makes some good solid picks. Going to work on a few things to try and get away from the slow and brain draining trade entries. I like the fast moves back to mean.

Now it went up as predicted! ;) How annoying. But better safe than sorry - when it goes sideways for so long it is a mind game I don’t like to play either.
