That is a pretty sloppy IHS... And with all their pension liabilities dragging them down, the fundamentals don't look good. It's probably going to close below $14 today (it's around 13.62 right now). It can't keep going down forever though, right? If they can get things reorganized, it seems like quite a bargain in the long term...
