When you see Head and Shoulders everywhere start to pay attention.
Airlines are very economically sensitive and capital intensive.
Definitely risk on industry. More debt, fewer passengers,
less revenue per seat mile is not a recipe for airline or economic success.

I'm still conflicted on this. Travel will pick up but so will borrowing costs and fuel costs (and other operating expenses...)

@RealMacro, The Delta variant was not part of my calculation back then...Turned out to be reasons yet unknown.

@Alt-B, actually recentl TSA numbers show 2.2 mil. Which for the first time since 2019 are back up to historically normal levels.

I knownthe D is being thrown around a lot for all root evil these days. But markets are at ATH. That makes it illogical argument as far.as stocks go of course.
