It s time to go up

If you look at 1hr LTC chart , it wants to touch trend line and there is 203 support below that . I think it is time for LTC.If it break up trend line and neckline it will go up for it 's target. if it falls, 203 is the nearest support and after that 182 is second. Now it is to risky for trading and this is just for educational purpose.
