@bat2017, chart shows massive indecision right now. We are a a critical juncture. Alt coins will always follow the lead dog, Bitcoin. If BTC breaks higher today or in the next couple of days NEO will follow. If BTC continues to consolidate, so will NEO. I would recommend neither buying nor selling here. If BTC goes lower, NEO will follow and go down to our Fib .236 support at around .003. If BTC breaks higher, NEO will follow and the original target is still in play. Good luck!
