I shorted neo half an hour ago due to this and some bear signals i gamble (see) in btc.
not very sure about this hs pattern. doesn it look irregular for you?

@GNerzhin, The only thing irregular to me is that the right shoulder is a bit small, It might go up more to create a higher shoulder and then do the H&S pattern.
