@KINGJAMES-KNIGHT, It's just my view. I just go with the market trend -> If market moves up I just follow the upside numbers or look for the downside numbers below.

Upside - 9409 - > 9801-> 10201

Downside-> 8850-> 8650->8470->8290 - 8100
