Your wave 4 encroached into wave 1. If you recount it as a 1-2, 1-2, then it wouldn't be a problem. The problem is that wave b is higher than the origination point of wave a.

@Will Wong, Thank you very much. My discipline is neo-wave which is a modified version of Elliot wave theory. The market is a bubble, I think we are looking at a wave 5 extension.
