Hey, I am back with another Technical Analysis this time again looking at Ontology.
Last time I gave call to buy at 4,700, if you traded with my advice you could make up 100% in a week, not bad.
Moving on.
Ontology is a new high-performance public blockchain project & a distributed trust collaboration platform.
Ontology provides new high-performance public blockchains that include a series of complete distributed ledgers and smart contract systems.
That was in short about Ontology.
Taking look at the chart.
There is a Pennat breakout Pattern that has formed, this pennant often leads to breakout, but can sometime lead to an breakdown. Thing is this chart doesnt have enough data as ONT isnt long on the market. ONT is currently around ATH in terms of satoshi value, which could discourage some people from trading this Crypto, but it looks like there is a still room for additional growment. If everything fails 6,800 is a strong bounce support, another long.
Taking look at Indicators.
MACD headed below 0 fewer sellers, bearish divergence so far, can turn up at any moment with enough volume as it may bounce from RSI support level, if not it should bounce slowly back from bottom line of the triangle, if even that fails, it looks like no breakout would be happening.
RSI needs to stay above 53 to remain bullish, clear support on 43 and ressitance at 53 which is the good bullish zone, it would be Ideal if ONT bounce from support now, but RSI can fall to 30 and below and then at good tempo be headed back to cross both 43 and 53 to became full bullish again.
Stoch shows somehow bullish divergence for now.
Good Volume.
