On the top right, click on "My Support Tickets", then click "Contact Us" and open a new support ticket.Fill out the form to request help from our support staff and they should be able to help you with your request. Thanks for your concern but couldn't cancel too thru website, yet I did open it via the app but the app keeps transfer me to Google subscribers which nothing there to cancel
