Price action is trading above the mean and now testing it's previous resistance turned support.
I would say that there is a good probability of rejection to the upside.

Now this went a bit off the rails, criminally oversold though.I won't say that it's extremely bullish, but most probably, the local downtrend will be broken by the next move or after the retest of the 30-40 area. The big descending bear will be the biggest challenge then.
