Can you please explain because I am relatively new and I don't want to misunderstand. It looks to me like it's breaking out of descent and now about to make a rise, but I expect that's possibily due to the fact that a lot more loans have been approved now, so the arbitrage possibility may be just on the horizon - if not already happening.

@BobbyJGold my friend, into the analysis i do not investigate events of any type (news, economy, politics, society or what so ever), while i'm not claiming it's bad to do so - i look into patterns and indicators, if you look into the MACD and the RSI you can see they support the move, and the chart is forming a Pennant pattern.
I beg, if you are not able to identify patterns or read indicators then this chart is not for you, in the end ideas are guides to which direction to look at, you're not investing in ideas you invest in the market.
