There is always a good time to buy STRATIS before the product launches occur,but also as you can see in the chart there is a strong support line at ~0.0036 so if you wanna wait and hope the price gets at that point it will most surely bounce up from there.
Also until the end of this month the breeze wallet will be launched which I strongly believe that will take the price to the STRATosphere so be sure you stock up some STRAT before the launch.
