This is more likely to happen.. I would say spot on. A bullish descending triangle would form in this way and leading contraction would allow the price to again break the barrier for a new ATH . This might happen sooner than later :-) .. don't look for an immediate break for ATH at this point. Its still in a correction phase over a long term.
