Thanks for sharing, very interesting.
For my own information, are the volume bars to be trusted? It's just with all the talk of dark pools it makes me wonder just how much of the volume is shown on the chart, and how much is now shown. Also, I've noticed you frequently use volume price analysis and the concept of value zones. Could I trouble you for an explanation as to how you use this for your trading?

@staylowmovefast, No worries yes volume through an exchange can be trusted. The only problem you may have is on the lower timeframes, this is where level 2 comes in. The value zone is simply where most contracts have exchanged hands. For me this tells me were most traders are willing to do business.
