i do not understand you anymore, you openly say you knew about the yen carry trading "problem", which i mentioned earlier during our feud, but you were short on usdjpy anyway ! you had everything in your hands to see usdjpy rising but you let trap yourself. or were you convinced that the carry traders will dispose from their asset , realizing too late that not actually ... :S

@lapin_eliott, the carry trade works in a strong dollar environment, I was expecting a lot more weakness in the dollar based on rhetoric from the CB. I couldn't be clearer with that. So far it hasn't played out.
Every basis point the dollar weakens the less lucrative the trade is. I was expecting a lot more, how I expressed that view was short USDJPY
