I guess here is no way bearish Bat pattern.
But if you see it like this, it's OK mate!

@MarkSterensohn, if B leg is between 38.2-50.0 and 38.2-88.6, Bat pattern valid. Nothing sure it will do, but as long as patterns are well drawn and valid, pending order, stop loss and target limit placed, nothing to worry :)
