Moment of truth for the market. Can we break the long term down

I believe this to be a great indicator of the market. It shows we haven't truly broken the down trend yet but shows people are eager to move their money into assets at least. Let's just hope it can hold. This chart looking very ready for a relief bounce but what do I know. Trade safe
