The dollar has been ranging for well over a week. This could be price bottoming out, but before we make that assumption, there are steps in between before knowing for sure where the dollar wants to go next.

in my thought if price should stay below 103.496 from the daily tf i'll see price as still weak and could contin.. lower, but should price move higher pass 103.49 that will be changing my bias having in mind the high economic news this week on fed rate.
