OPEC levels are drawn at the middle of the candles of USOIL (WTI) when OPEC meetings happened. Information of OPEC meetings taken from official webpage of OPEC*.
The idea is to find whether that levels act as support or resistance levels. This idea was inspired by Tim West's Key Hidden Levels. From my perspective it seems like these levels do not play any role for determining support/resistance for oil.
