Since everytime it touches the same range price is rejected .... then is time to go buy again. Just notice how many times price action has touched the same level to be rejected. Even if you go back to 2015 yo can see how important this level is. This trading idea is also consistent with DXY and XAUUSD forecast so take a look also.
