Time analysis is extremely important part of technical analysis. I use concept of number 52 to do this. I invented the same out of lots of calculation, technical and astrological both.
In the above chart i have marked time lines with different colors and in 52 +/- 1 candles market makes next top or bottom. With the help of this we come to know important Months, Weeks or days. If you observer carefully the candles between 2 different colors are the same in past and in future that means the trend also continues for the same time as it continued in past. Hence we are at important trending move. White line marked on chart will be next important top or bottom.
Technically we can expect price to close above or below the falling trend line. Closing below the line will push the price in consolidation zone as we have support line below the price.
If price closes above the falling line then previous swing or structural top is important price levels, if price closes above that also then we will have conformation of up trend.
I am sharing this idea to focus on time analysis, how one can use this and develop the trading plan, is up to him or her.
