How many new traders and investors will come if Bitcoin price will reach 15000$?! I think a lot, could be more than in Dec 2017 but anyway it is good for market and for altcoins.
Current range of 7300 and 8426. We can pick the price at 7300 or at breakout from 8426, with target about 9800$. After reaching 9800$ we can see a "big" retracement to 7300 again before bull run to 15000$. So be careful with shorts. and do not oversize the positions.

At least I wouldn't strategize based around that target. It may happen, or it may not.
The question is: "How are you positioning yourself if it doesn't? And how will you position yourself if it does? Until then, what will you do?"

@crypto_teller, I'm a very stubborn individual. I believe strongly that Bitcoin NEEDS redistribution because there are too many coins in too few of hands.
I don't exactly have a plan for if I'm right/wrong other than to farm FIAT- which I don't have much of at the moment.
I do need to come up with a plan though, that's for sure. The hard part for me is going to be if this is indeed the next run starting- I'll pretty much be left in the dust.
If it is, oh well I guess. The train will leave without me and I'll figure something else out to spend my time on.
