Initial pump from announcement last night has settled and it began to form a head and shoulders. This indicates a downward drop off, which then followed. The drop off has now seemed to form a potential cup and handle which could break lead to a break out, especially with the official bitcoin private fork announcement coming Sunday.
Official Zclassic / BTCP prefork roadmap does not indicate that the fork date will be released on upcoming Sunday. More likely it will be mainnet fork simulation, hw wallet or something like that. People just want to build up their hopes and hype. BTCP will be fork with actual use case so jumping to wild conclusions will not help anyone in crypto space.It will take some time. 2-4 weeks seems to be too much for them Lambokids & fomo folks.

@Vizionaire, I believe the latest roadmap states that the fork announcement will be made prior to February 1st. They already performed a test run of the code (which I believe they announced as successful) and stated that the actual fork will occur 4 weeks after the announcement. I will be very surprised if they do not announce the fork on Sunday, but that's just my opinion/research. ZCL has been known to play the marketing game though, so I see where you're coming from.

@dbnation211, Well I stand corrected, your call was right! Not so surprisingly the dumpening also happened. Typical day @crypto for you :). It's fun to follow accumulation phase and acceleration to the peak in February.

I don't remember reading what announcement will be. Probably going to be nothing, just said it to pump the coin. We will see.

@millitrades my insight comes from the roadmap and their previous statements about the fork being announced before Feb 1st. There are only a few days left, so logically I see their 'big announcement' as the announcement of the fork, or at least successful implementation of fork code. But your guess is as good as mine.
