Petroperu expects to swing to profit in 2026

Petroperu expects to post a profit of $103 million next year, the state-run oil firm's chairman said on Wednesday, landing in the black after a projected loss in 2025.

Petroperu will likely log $223 million in losses this year, Chair Alejandro Narvaez said at a news conference, trimming the $774 million in losses seen last year.
