Re-introduced GX/DX indicators. However only the (defaults) 21 EMA / 50 SMA GX/DX and the 50 SMA / 200 SMA GX/DX are enabled to reduce clutter.

User can now select candle resolution to compute MAs, regardless of the time-frame that the chart is being viewed in.
