PreMarketStats

Boeing Company (The)NYSE

描述

The idea is to catch pre market information (or other relevant data), that basically consists of a single number, in a table instead of using a plot that takes up space in the chart. In this example, I added pre market volume and pre market change in %. Where the second one is as well available in the details tab of the stock, it is not available if this tab is closed or during replays.

Added extended highs, lows and change since those levels as per user request. All items are now optional to meet specific needs. Please note that volume is pre market only, were high/low levels are based on the full extended session, including yesterday's after market and today's pre market data.

Great script bro. Is it possible to change the font or the width of the table? My text is pushed together.
schroederjoa
@trendrbxc, glad you find the script useful. You were right, table width was not ideal for smaller layouts. Just provided an update with auto adjustment of table width. Check it out!

Hey man, thanks for sharing this, very useful script. I am encountering some abnormalities with the floats though -- a lot of the time the script will put out an incorrect figure. For instance ZCMD is showing in the script as 15.58M when its actually 1.47M. LUNR showing as 17.7M in the script when its actually 33.62M. I am looking through the script posted here and I am not seeing anything that shows how the float is being calculated, I am not that familiar with Pinescript though so i may be missing something. Any idea whats going on there?

@swadetrades, I just checked ZCMD pre market volume for today April 4/24. Script says 4.57M and that is what I get if I download the CSV from Tradingview and sum it up (data from Tradestation). If I disconnect Tradestation and use what TV gives me natively, that is 4.58M. There can be a slight difference in volume numbers between exchanges/brokers, but in any case, it seems the script is doing what it is supposed to.

@schroederjoa, I'm talking about the float as in the floating shares, not pre market volume. Is that what the float field in the script is intended to calculate? Taking ZCMD for example and comparing against finviz: ibb.co/CJNMb9H

@schroederjoa, Here is another particularly extreme example -- UCAR is showing as a float of 52.5M in PreMarketStats when in reality its float is just above 700k. It is displaying as 703.99K in Tradingview's scanner so it seems data from Tradingview is correct (I am subscribed to all the real time equity packages on here). Here is the script vs finviz and Tradingview's native scanner: ibb.co/g6yHQDZ

@swadetrades, the script does not show floating shares. Wondering why you think it would. It is about pre market information such as pre market volume, extended low/high and change % since yesterdays close. It is all explained in the script's settings menu.

@schroederjoa, I am so sorry...I somehow clicked on the wrong script. I am writing to you about an entirely separate but similar indicator from a different creator lol. I had both indicators active on my chart and in the confusion of trying to locate the creator tag within desktop TradingView to find the script page in a web browser, I must have mixed up the two. Thank you for trying to help...sorry to have taken some of your time here.

Been using this, very useful for data mining. Are you also able to add total dollar volume for just the premarket period as well?

amazing thanks you very much :)
