Plots mondays range (high, low and optionally average)

Features:

• Added the option to extend the range for the entire week or just monday
  
• Added the option to display if the high or low of the range has been taken and removes the level aftwards
  
• Added the option to only display the current week
  
• Added the option to visualize new weekly sessions
  
• Added the option to mark mondays with a seperate background

Update:
- Fixed display issues on certain tickers with overnight trading sessions, should now work properly.
- Added the option to label the levels in both full and abbreviated form.
- Labels will now show if the range high/low is still developing.
- Enabling "Show current week only" will now remove every drawing/object but those used in the current week.

To do:
- Add alerts for the user
- Fix the "line with breaks" used in the styling options, where it continues the line anyway from the previous level when it was never taken and it just looks weird.
- Add an option for the user to extend the range until the end of each week, even though it's been taken.
- (Optionally) add more levels than just mondays range.

Monday Range V2 by B1rd

Release Notes:

Code has been completely rewritten and now supports all types of charts. Make sure to re-apply it to your chart to notice the differences!

Update:
- Alerts added for the user
- Styling options have been reworked: level styles can now be continuous, dotted, or dashed, and users can modify the color of each level
- Monday average will stop plotting once either the high or low of the range is taken to keep the chart clean
- User can now extend the range until the end of each week even if it has been taken
- Bug where vertical lines marking Monday would fly off in the wrong direction has been fixed.
