I get an error when I try to cancel the automatic renewal of my subscription that was purchased through the website (for users from India)
If you try to cancel the renewal of your subscription when there’s less than 24 hours until the scheduled auto-payment for your plan, the system will not allow you to do that. Due to how recurring payments work in India (e-Mandate), the next charge is authorized by our payment processor, Razorpay, in advance, and we cannot cancel it once it has been authorized.
To avoid the charge, please contact your bank and cancel the recurring payment permission. If you’re not sure how to do that, please contact your bank’s customer support or follow this link.
