Capital markets services provider Delta Capita has announced the launch of its new distributed ledger services joint venture and has acquired the capital markets arm of blockchain firm SETL. Its first project is the development of a blockchain-based central securities depository (CSD) for Montis, a subsidiary of digital asset exchange Archax, which is backed by abrdn.
