They were left out of the deal with Aphria, lost a CEO last year who was hired particularly to find a merger/acquisition, they have been continuing layoffs, lost billions of dollars last year, keep diluting the stock, and they are running a large multinational organization (complicated).
The best hope for ACB is that it has hit rock bottom as a company and will survive with nowhere to go but up.
